Wild Garlic Salami (Great Taste 1 Star) - Bray Cured
One of the great pillars of charcuterie, with a twist of wildness. A deliciously savoury salami which works with anything. 60g sliced. 
British Pork, Salt, Black Pepper, Wild Garlic, Dextrose, Garlic, Chilli, E251, E250

English Chorizo (Great Taste 1 Star) - Bray Cured
A delicious charcuterie classic with British meat and a delicious flavour twist. 60g sliced. 
British Pork, Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika, Dextrose, Garlic, Chilli, Herbs, E251, E250

Air-Dried Ham - Bray Cured
Light, fresh and creamy, with a hint of herb and spice from the cure. From eggs benedict to wrapping spears of asparagus, it's excellent in many roles. 60g sliced. 
British Middle White Pork, Salt, Black Pepper, Dextrose, Thyme, Fennel, E250 
 

Bacchus Brut - Stanlake Park - White sparkling wine

A super refreshing English sparkling wine made with Bacchus grapes, with attractive aromas of apple, gooseberry and elderflower, and a very smooth finish. This non-vintage fizz is made with the same technique used for Champagne and other famous sparkling wines in the world, but using a grape that typically grows only in England and aged for around 12 months in the Stanlake Park cellar. Contains sulphites.
