A Delicious French Lobster Soup By Maison Perard In Le Touquet. Serves 2.

A highly reputed lobster bisque from Norther France.

Perard Bisque De Homard makes a delicious starter or light main course. This special soup is perfect for entertaining as it tastes delicious and is so easy to prepare!

Simple requires warming gently in a saucepan.

You can also make a bouillabaisse by adding pieces of white fish, prawns and mussels as you warm your soup.

Ingredients

Water, 25% lobster, fish , corn starch, natural flavors, modified corn starch, tomato, white wine, cream , salt, aromatic plants.
