Rich plum and citrus mandarin are stir-fried with soy sauce, ginger and the definitive Chinese five spice blend giving subtly spiced yet intense flavours.

Cooking Guidelines

Chinese Sichuan Plum & Mandarin Gourmet Cooking Sauce Serves 3 to 4. Kitchen to Table in 15 to 20 minutes

1) Heat 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil (try some sesame oil too). Cook 4 duck breasts on both sides to taste (pink in centre is ideal)
2) Remove the duck and place to one side
3) Heat the Plum and Mandarin sauce through until piping hot
4) Slice the duck into 1-2cm slices. Serve on noodles or rice with sauce poured over

Chinese Sichuan Plum & Mandarin Gourmet Cooking Sauce is also good for stir fried with chicken, beef or vegetables or simply poured over bbq ribs
