Taste one of the finest Fish that swims the North Sea, Succulent ,Meaty and yet a gentle flavour that depicts the wild Halibut is the largest of the flatfish family, giving a meaty but flaky texture. We have just lightly cold smoked our halibut sides here in Berwick , we then finely slice each side fillet and serve into 200g portions. Superb lean healthy eating. Portioned into vacuum packs then blast frozen for shipping.
