This superior quality fish is "Bakkaafrost Salmon" which is farmed in the North Atlantic, and fed a diet from their natural environment surrounding the Faroe Islands.
This is reknowned for producing a superior quality salmon. Rich in flavour, and with an incredibly supple texture, it can be used to transform any meal into a standout dish. Incredibly versatile and suitable for freezing the Bakkafrost Salmon is one of our go-to fish.
These Salmon fillets have plump and juicy flesh with exceptional taste and texture.
Faroe Island salmon is also rich in omega-3 fatty acids, essential for brain health and cognitive function. Also a great source of selenium, a vital mineral for overall well-being.
