Our Monkfish are caught right off our Scottish Borders coastline , Chunky firm meat with a flavour you'll simply devour. (excellent wrapped in parma ham then gently BBQ'd ) Sold in 1kg packs each tail is individually vac-packed so no need to defrost whole pack Centre fillet bone is still intact allowing fish to be baked whole or portioned simply skin & de-bone for a meaty loin for cooking (Pre-Frozen Packs on despatch).
