North Sea Haddock Traditionally smoked over Northumberland Oak shavings giving a distinctive flavour. Prime Local fish gently cold smoked to lock in flavour. Best enjoyed gently poached in milk. Traditionally served with a softly poached egg. Sold by the Kilo in a vacuum pouch bag. Can be frozen.
