Luxurious curry sauce with heat

Rich, Spicy Jalfrezi Indian Cooking Sauce created with sweet chillies, peppers, tomatoes and garlic. Enjoy the heat of the sweet chillies alongside the aromatic spices. Hot.

Cooking suggestion:

Add a little oil to a pan, sear diced pork for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Pour contents of jar over meat, bring to a gentle simmer and cover. Cook gently for around 15 minutes or until the pork is cooked through, Serve on a bed of freshly prepared pilau or plain rice or with fluffy naan breads.

For a vegetarian option just add your veggies of choice and a jar of chick peas and heat through for a satisfying quick and easy dinner in minutes.
