All of our beers are sourced from Rebellion Brewing Co., brewed a couple of miles from the charcuterie factory to provide the needful terroir. In this him-per you can choose the beer you/they'll enjoy the most from these options:

Rebellion Blonde - A light golden summer beer, with a citrusy hop character. Serve it slightly cooler than usual for an ale, to enhance its refreshing quality. 4.3% ABV

24 Carat - New World hops and a blend of traditional, home grown malted barley give this golden beer an intense, tropical aroma and a distinctive bittersweet flavour, typical of a contemporary American Pale Ale. Serve cool between 4-8°C. 5% ABV

Roasted Nuts Extra - Brewed to a higher strength to make this bottled version a true 'winter warmer'. The rich malt character is complimented by the fruit flavours from the Cascade and Bramling Cross hops. Think of this beer as a claret, best served at cellar temperature. 5.8% ABV
