Our Cumberland Sausage Ring is produced by Bowland Outdoor Reared Pork, a family run business established in 1995. They produce fine pork with welfare in mind, thier outdoor reared animals are all fed on a wholesome healthy diet and graze the pastures of the Forest of Bowland.
