Duck is a very versatile bird, great for a wide range of recipes.

These organic ducks come from the Pekin strain, the best bird for the table, which are fed on locally sourced produce.

Springfield's Organic Duck is ethically produced and they weigh a minimum of 2kg.

This product may be sent frozen.

Orders containing Christmas items will be scheduled for delivery from 18th December, because of this, please place any items you wish to receive at an earlier date in a separate order.
